Payment Options:
You can choose from:
- Cash*, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.
- Convenient monthly payment options from the Care Credit Healthcare Credit Card.
*When paying in cash change will not be given, a credit for change will be placed on your account.
Deposit & Billing:
At the time of scheduling an appointment a deposit in the amount of the exam will be collected. This deposit will not be refunded if the exam is canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. We may offer inhouse payment options on a case-by-case basis. We charge 5% interest on all outstanding account balances older than 30 days. If you have an account 120 days past due, Phoenix Mobile Veterinarians may relinquish your balance owed to a collection agency. Third party pharmacy's are available for some prescriptions.

For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
